The Just man is a “righteousness” man, (tzedekah) and “justice” (mishpat). He is attuned to the right
thing and actually does it. “Tzedaka”
is charity. Hence the Just man is a
righteous charitable man.
Who is the Jerk? In America it is an annoying, stupid or
foolish person.
A person can only be a Just or a Jerk.
